Output Charts

Dashboards that run on JSON.

Paste a document or push one from your code. Each visual draws exactly what you send. No database to connect, no queries to write, nothing to keep in sync.

The visual

Change any number or label. The chart follows.

Nobody should need a BI tool to show five numbers.

Your code already has the numbers. The cron job knows last night's signups. The deploy script knows how long the build took. Usually that output scrolls past in a terminal or sinks in a chat thread.

Output Charts gives it a page that stays put, looks finished, and updates when you send new JSON.

Three ways to fill a visual.

Every visual holds one JSON document. Use whichever way suits the moment, and switch whenever you like.

Paste it

Drop JSON into the editor and the visual redraws as you type. If something is off, the editor names the exact field instead of drawing a broken chart.

  { "month": "Sep", "pro": 6020 },
  { "month": "Oct", "pro": "6,710" }

Push it

Create an API key and send a PUT to the visual from anything that can make an HTTP request: a cron job, a GitHub Action, a Lambda, a spreadsheet script. Each push replaces the document, and the last one wins.

Up to 60 pushes a minute per key. Every visual shows its own URL in the editor.

curl -X PUT "$VISUAL_URL" \
  -H "Authorization: Bearer $OC_KEY" \
  -H "Content-Type: application/json" \
  -d '{
    "label": "Orders today",
    "value": 139,
    "format": "number"
  }'

Nothing sent yet.

Let AI format it

Paste a messy table, a CSV, or a few lines from an email. AI reshapes it to fit the visual and shows you a preview. Nothing saves until you confirm.

Eleven visuals. Each takes a documented shape.

The library is deliberately small. Every type has a short schema, so you always know what to send.

  • Bar

    Vertical bars, grouped or stacked.

  • Horizontal bar

    The same bars, drawn sideways.

  • Line

    A line across categories: linear, smooth, or stepped.

  • Area

    A filled line, separate or stacked.

  • Pie

    Slices of a whole, or a donut.

    A semicircle between a minimum and a maximum.

Try every visual with your own JSON

A link that stays current.

Put it on the office TV, pin it in a channel, or send it to a client. Then stop thinking about it.

Publish
Your dashboard gets a public page anyone with the link can open, no account needed. List it in the gallery too if you want it found.
Share
Share view-only by email. If they don't have an account yet, the dashboard is waiting when they sign up.
Live
Open pages check for new data every 15 seconds. Push from your code and every screen catches up.

Start free. Upgrade when you want to automate it.
